LAKE SUITE (1ST FLOOR)

King bedded suite with private ensuite with lake views at the front of the house with double door entry system to ensure total privacy (some road noise till 10 or 11pm during the peak Summer months).

QUAIL SUITE (1ST FLOOR)

Luxury king bed. Huge en-suite shower room. Double door entry for total privacy. Air con. Wifi. Toiletries, hairdryer, towels and beach towels provided. One flight of stairs involved, located at the back of the house.

DRAGONFLY SUITE (1ST FLOOR)

Queen bed. En-suite shower room. Air con. Wifi. Toiletries, hairdryer, towels and beach towels provided. One flight of stairs involved.

GARDEN SUITE (MAIN FLOOR)

Luxury king bed. En-suite shower room. Double door entry for total privacy. Air con. Wifi. Toiletries, hairdryer, towels and beach towels provided. Situated on the main floor and with a private deck.

SUNSET SUITE (TOP FLOOR)

Our largest and most private suite. Queen bed, large ensuite, seating with amazing lake views and desk area. All toiletries, towels and beach towels provided.

Whether you’re traveling alone or with company, our rooms are definitely tailored for your needs. All rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities, and the decor simply speaks for itself ... Suites are furnished with beautiful linens, ensuite shower rooms, double door entry systems for total privacy (except Dragonfly Suite), air-con, Wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, bathroom towels, beach towels and packable beach chairs are available. Guests have 24 hour access to tea/coffee making facilities, filtered water and bar fridge - all of which is located on the verandah. The Verandah also houses a very sociable lounge area with stunning lake views. For a quiet sitting area, step into the drawing room inside the main house - also with lake views and watch the World pass by.A two course breakfast is included each morning.

OUR STORY

Everything That You Need ...

WARREN HOUSE started life in 1912 - originally built for J.J. Warren, President of the Kettle Valley Railway. She was THE most elegant private residence of her day. Now, I may be a little biased ;-), but, in my humble opinion, she once again achieves the same status today. Let us back track to 2018 and our purchase of her ... Our goal: to create an amazing, luxury, bed and breakfast without losing the character of the house. Our obstacles: everything (!!) - live knob & tube wiring, lead pipes, only 2 bathrooms, crumbling plaster, rotten woodwork and tired decor. So, we rolled up our sleeves and set to work in the September of that year. By June 2019 we opened the door to our first guests. Warren House is a very special heritage house - one with a soul. We are sure you will love your time here, as no detail has been overlooked and nothing is too much to ensure that our guests have the very best possible stay.
